How do I get in touch with someone about a home?
To begin the process, you can fill out our contact form here on the website, and we will connect with you to discuss building plans, material finish and color options, and availability. If you have specific questions, please be sure to note that in the inquiry form, and we can be prepared to assist you as needed.
How long is the building process for a home?
Our smaller model homes are typically built in a 6–8 month period, while our larger homes can take up to a year or more in the current construction market. To keep this process moving seamlessly, we purchase material ahead of time in order to produce the same quality home time after time.
Can I select any of the details of my home?
Yes! Our model at Barrow Development sets you up to be able to do that. However, when we pre-sell a home to you, we sell it at a locked-in price. When we lock in that price, we cannot change the products we have accounted for in the build. This allows us to maintain the price while giving you the option to make some of the selections. We will give you color and finish options and let you make your home what you want it to be while still being able to maintain the pre-sale cost.
Is there an onsite property manager at The Flats?
There will not be an onsite property manager at The Flats. Our property management is handled in-house. They can be contacted at (270) 752-1437 or rentals@barrowdevelopment.com.
What is included in my monthly rental rate?
We structure our rental rates as "all inclusive". This allows you to make one simple payment each month that covers your rent, internet, electric, water, sewer, and trash.
